    BC Web Wise appoints Kimline D’Souza as creative director

    Mumbai: Independent digital marketing agency BC Web Wise has appointed Kimline D’Souza as creative director. 

    She will be responsible for building the creative brand campaigns that are closely aligned to the new-age audiences across digital platforms for the digital-first agency, said the statement.

    D’Souza has been part of the advertising world for the last 14 years. She began her career journey at RK Swamy BBDO then moved to Ogilvy after which she went to DDB Mudra and then joined IdeateLabs. She has worked with a gamut of brands across FMCG, healthcare, banking, travel and tourism including Johnson’s Baby, Clean and Clear, Stayfree, Bournivita Lil’ Champs, Phillips, Listerine, Aveeno Baby, Cordelia cruises, Hafele, Abbott, UTI Mutual Funds, Pfizer, and Wipro lighting.

    Arko Provo Bose joins Enormous as chief creative officer

    Mumbai: Enormous has announced the joining of Arko Provo Bose as chief creative officer. 

    In this role, he will work closely with Enormous managing partner Ashish Khazanchi and the Mumbai and Gurgaon team to drive the agency’s creative vision and nurturing its creative talent, said the company in a statement.

    With over 15 years of experience, Bose will be instrumental in developing and strengthening the creative capabilities in tandem with Enormous’ ethos of creating connected brands, it added.

    Bose moves from MullenLowe Lintas where he was executive creative director for over a decade and worked with brands like Google, OLX, Nestle, Micromax mobile. The recent brand campaigns he worked on were Google Search Campaigns, With a little help from Google, OLX Bech De, YouTube Premium, Lifebuoy Plastic Baba, Zee Cinema ‘Seene Mein Cinema’ to name a few.

    Plum bolsters leadership team with two new appointments

    Mumbai: Beauty brand Plum has bolstered its leadership team as it plans to deepen its omnichannel network across geographies, expand its product offering across newer segments and drive business transformation. The company has brought on board Shivani Behl as chief marketing officer and Gaurav Sarda as chief financial officer.

    The new appointees will work closely with founder and CEO Shankar Prasad to further accelerate the growth of brand Plum, said the statement.

    At Plum, she will be responsible for scaling growth across the levers of brand and marketing, partnerships, community culture and engagement, and product innovation. “It is an interesting juncture for D2C beauty brands and Plum in particular. I believe Plum’s potential is unlimited, and look forward to working with the entire Plum team to build and accelerate the brand’s momentum in the months and years to come,” stated Behl.

    Sarda has rich experience of more than 14 years, he last served at Marico Ltd as head – manufacturing commercial. At Plum, he will work closely with the rest of the senior leadership team to drive and grow the company’s financial and development strategy. “As the company continues to scale, I look forward to leveraging my background to implement the next phase of operational excellence and further strengthen the strong financial foundation, aligning it to the rapid growth and enabling overall business excellence,” said Sarda on his new role.

    Mumbai: Impresario Handmade Restaurants (IHR) on Tuesday announced the appointment of Roshni Kavina as its national creative head.

    In this role, She will oversee all daily communications and engagements along with launches and will work closely with the respective teams in developing and streamlining all brands further across Impresario towards further consumer love and growth, said the company in a statement.

    Prior to this appointment, Kavina was associated with Publicis Ambience as executive creative director wherein in a span of six years she created a team that specialised in design. She has also been an integral part of developing and co-designing the new Publicis Mumbai office by partnering with the team of architects assigned for the job. She has also been associated with BBH India and Saatchi & Saatchi in past stints. Her work has gotten her many accolades such as Cannes, One Show, Adfest, Abby, Goa Fest, Outdoor Awards, Effie.

    Mumbai: GroupM’s flagship agency Mindshare India on Tuesday announced the appointment of Gopa Menon as digital head, South Asia. 

    In this role, Menon will be responsible for managing the agency’s full-service digital offerings and help existing and new clients transform their digital processes, digital marketing strategies, brand building, and ROI-driven marketing outcomes, said the statement.

    He will be based out of Gurgaon and will report to Mindshare South Asia chief operating officer Amin Lakhani, it added.

    Rajaraman Sundaram appointed as business head of Colors Tamil

    Mumbai: Viacom18 has announced the appointment of Rajaraman Sundaram as Colors Tamil business head.

    In his new role, Rajaraman will be responsible for scaling up the overall business strategy and invigorating the operations of the channel. He will be reporting to Viacom18 head of regional entertainment (Bangla, Odia, Tamil and Gujarati clusters) Rajesh Iyer.

    Mumbai: International media company Burda Media on Monday named Rahul Gangwani as editor-in-chief for Lifestyle Asia India.

    In this role, Gangwani will oversee the Lifestyle Asia’s editorial team, developing the brand’s editorial strategy and spearheading the rollout of new brand campaigns and events, said the company in a statement.
