    After having been on TV for over a decade hosting and directing Art & Craft shows, YouTube star Rob is all set to launch his 2nd YouTube channel called Rob in the Hood!

    From inspiring others for many years, Rob will now talk about what inspires him – i.e. His LIFE, His STYLE, His MENTORS, His FRIENDS & FAMILY, His FAVORITE GADGETS / NEW GADGETS, His TRAVELS & ADVENTURES, His PEERS & FELLOW YOUTUBERS (#HisHomies)

    Says an enthused Rob, “Rob in the Hood is all about my space and my life . A get to know me beyond my art kinda channel. I will document my life as it happens, all my fun moments, my gadgets or even me just goofying around. Having studied film-making, Vlogging is definitely something I am going to enjoy doing.  As an artist I have always loved telling stories and this will be a fun platform for me to tell stories about my life in my style. My fans have been my greatest support and this has encouraged me to launch this new channel in collaboration with Sony Music. Hope you guys enjoy and get inspired with Rob in the Hood featuring #mylifemystyle as much as you did on my DIY art channel Mad Stuff with Rob”

    Sony Music launches second YouTube channel for kids

    MUMBAI: Sony Music has launched its second YouTube channel for kids called D’Art of Science featuring Deepak Pathania, India’s very own Steve Spangler.

     

    Known for his magical videos that artistically blend fun and innovation with science, Pathania, through this channel aims to inspire and educate kids with entertaining science presentations backed by simple scientific explanations. 

     

    The channel will continue to showcase his creative journey driven by science and logic with the new videos being uploaded every weekend.

     

    Pathania said, “I’m really excited on the launch of my virtual world of science for kids. This will not only give kids an all access to an avalanche of videos but also a place where they can learn cool science tricks, and experience the magic of science in their daily lives. Eventually this alternate method of learning will reflect positively in their education.”

     

    Sony Music Kids head Anjana Devraj added, “We are happy to expand our kids’ portfolio with Deepak Pathania’s creative and educational videos based on scientific experiments. Last month we had launched India’s first YT channel for kids – MadStuffWithRob in partnership with YouTube, which has received an amazing response.     D’Art of Science on YouTube will have interactive videos across genres including fun science, school science, innovation, science DIY’s and toys based on science.

    Percept/H appoints Saurav Ghoshal as VP client servicing

    MUMBAI: Percept/H, the flagship advertising agency of Percept, has appointed Saurav Ghoshal as vice president – client servicing.
    Ghoshal will play a vital role in the growth plans for Percept/H. He will be based out of Mumbai and will report to Percept/H senior vice president and branch head Anjana Devraj.

    His last stint was with Pickle Lintas where he was based in Gurgaon.

    Percept/H COO Debashis Paul said , “Saurav brings in solid experience across categories . His energy and dynamism would add great value to our Mumbai operations.”

    On his new role, Ghoshal said, “For me it was to look at doing something different in advertising and here at Percept/H the true sense of 360 degree approach to the marketing communications and the sheer magnitude of work done for its clients excited me and I look forward to value add to these processes.”

    Prior to joining Picle Lintas, Ghoshal was associated with agencies such as Mudra Communications, Law & Kenneth India, Concepts Advertising LLC, Lowe Worldwide, JWT and Saatchi & Saatchi. He holds a post graduate diploma in sales and marketing from National Institute of Sales, New Delhi. He has also completed a post graduate diploma in marketing from IGNOU, New Delhi.

  • Anjana Devraj moves to Percept/H as SVP and branch head

    MUMBAI: Anjana Devraj has joined Percept/H as senior vice president and branch head – Mumbai from 27 November.

    At Percept/H, Anjana will head the Mumbai office which would include overseeing the current portfolio, new business development as also strategising and paving the roadmap for the agency’s growth.

    Prior to Percept/H, she was with Turner India as director development original series at Pogo for seven years. She has also worked with Ogilvy & Mather in the capacity of a slew of accounts including Cadbury‘s, Mattel, Voltas, and Tata Housing. Her previous experience also includes UTV where she worked as manager – business development and Enterprise Nexus where she handled brands including Lakme, Ravissant, Shaw Wallace, Bennett Coleman, Hutchison and Max Telecom World.

    Percept/H executive director Prabhakar Mundkur said, “We are happy to welcome Anjana aboard. Her expertise with leading international and domestic brands would be a huge asset to the Percept group and help set a new course for Percept/H in the years ahead.”
