Madison Media Infinity bags Samsonite India’s media account

MUMBAI: In a luggage-laden move, Madison Media Infinity, a unit of Madison World, has packed away the media duties for Samsonite India. The agency will shoulder both traditional and digital media responsibilities including TV, print, radio, cinema, outdoor and digital platforms.

Samsonite India, the heavyweight in the travel luggage sector, is renowned for its durable, stylish and innovative products. A subsidiary of global giant Samsonite International, the brand offers an extensive range of luggage, backpacks and travel accessories designed for today’s jet-setters. The company’s portfolio also includes American Tourister and Kamiliant brands, which will now journey with Madison.

Madison Media Infinity wins the media AOR of Polycab India

Mumbai: Madison World’s unit Madison Media Infinity has won the media agency of record for Polycab India. The account was won in a multi-agency pitch involving several rounds of presentations.

Polycab India is a manufacturer of wires and cables and a fast growing FMEG (fast moving electrical goods) company with a consolidated turnover of Rs 122+ billion. Polycab India offers a diverse range of lifestyle-enhancing products, such as Polycab BLDC fans, LED lights, water heaters, smart automation solutions (IoT), switches, and switchgears, to name a few. Polycab’s 23 manufacturing facilities are spread over four locations: Halol, Nashik, Roorkee, and Daman.

Madison Media promotes Abhik Banerjee to COO, Madison Media Plus Delhi

Mumbai: Homegrown media agency Madison Media on Monday announced the promotion of Abhik Banerjee to chief operating officer (COO), Madison Media Plus to lead its Delhi office.

Banerjee, who joined Madison Media in 2012, has 17 years of experience in the industry. Over the last nine years, he has played a key role in Madison Media’s Mumbai office and led accounts such as Asian Paints, Abbott, and Leibherr, amongst others.

“Abhik, who has been acclaimed as a ‘Client leader of the Year’ in our industry awards a few years ago, personifies the Madison spirit of undying client orientation, innovation, passion and executional brilliance,” said Madison Media & OOH – partner & group CEO, Vikram Sakhuja. “It is very satisfying when we can promote our internal talent to handle new challenges.
