Published

on

Want to know the secret of making your eye shadow last all day long? Then this blog is for you.

Amid the party season, almost every weekend is filled with either zoom celebrations or family meetups. And there is nothing more annoying than taking the time to perfect your eye makeup and then have it smudged or ruined by oily, sweaty eyelids. We're here to share some pro tips that you absolutely need. If you're ready to put in the effort, it might as well give you professional-level results. So, grab your eyeshadow stick and keep your notepads ready!

It's never fun to pop into the bathroom and find all your hard work has melted away, so soak up these tips and give your makeup a fighting chance:

Tip 1. Wash and Cleanse

For long-lasting and non-oily eye makeup, you must prep your skin well before using an eyeshadow stick. Pre-makeup washing and cleansing are crucial for removing all access oil and dirt from your face. Gently wipe your face after cleansing and make way for a refreshed and smooth feel. You also have to moisturize in order to make any product last longer on your skin. In other words, build a smooth base without any creases so that instead of slipping and falling, the makeup will stay put.

Tip 2. Use a Quality Compact

Providing the eye shadow with a base to stick to is another crucial aspect of making sure your eyeshadow lasts. Compact plays a major role in the longevity of your eye makeup. A quick layer of the compact on your face and eyelids will help blot away excess oil and blur imperfections. You can try a weightless compact from SERY Cosmetics that make your skin ready for flawless makeup application. This trick works great by helping your eye shadow stay on your eyelids for a longer duration. Compact also evens out your skin tone and lets the eye shadow appear brighter.

Tip 3. Use a Cream Eyeshadow Stick

A cream-based eyeshadow stick is an ideal option to go for if you want to achieve a smooth and long-lasting finish. Reliable names like SERY Cosmetics offer a range of eye shadow online that is smudge-free, 100% blendable, and light as air. Investing in a creamy eyeshadow stick is always a good idea and will definitely keep your eye makeup intact and thus last longer.

Tip 4. Spray Some Water

When it comes to skin, water fixes a lot many issues, and long-lasting eyeshadows are no exception. Spray the makeup brush with some water before applying some eyeshadow. Do not overdo this. Just enough to make the eyeshadow spread smoothly is what you want. As a bonus, the water makes your eye makeup more vibrant, and the eyeshadow color will look even better.

Buy Safe Makeup Products

It's time to kiss smudgy, runny eye makeup goodbye and say hello to eye makeup that lasts all day. With these expert tips and the right tools in your arsenal, you are ready to party in style. While shopping for eye shadow online, make sure to always buy from reputable brands like SERY Cosmetics that ensure the best quality. They offer a range of portable and long-lasting makeup, perfect for an on-the-move lifestyle. From intense color, eyeshadow sticks, to rich black mascara, you can select from a wide variety of makeup.

The next time you go out, keep these tips in mind, and your makeup will remain flawless until it is time to hail a cab back home.

NEW DELHI / SAN FRANCISCO: Niit learning systems limited’s managed training arm, niit mts, has bought 100 per cent of Sweetrush Inc in a deal worth up to $26 million, tightening its grip on the USA and sharpening its ai-led learning offer.

The acquisition, completed through Niit (USA) inc, includes performance-linked earn-outs over five years. Sweetrush, founded in 2001 by Arturo Schwartzberg and Andrei Hedstrom and headquartered in San Francisco, employs more than 100 people across the United States and Costa Rica, with a wider bench of learning specialists.

The aim: turn project work into sticky, annuity-like contracts and lift wallet share across enterprises, professional associations and not-for-profits.

Niit MTS chief executive officer and executive director Sapnesh Lalla, said the tie-up brings “human-centred learning craft and global operational scale, powered by technology and AI, under one roof”.
