MUMBAI: Zee Telefilms will declare its fourth quarter and financial year end results on 28 April.
According to a communication sent by the company to the Mumbai Stock Exchange, a meeting of the board of directors of Zee Telefilms Ltd will be held on 28 April 2003 to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2003.
