    Mumbai: Hungama, India’s digital entertainment platform, has launched its latest suspense-thriller ‘Mauka Ya Dhokha’. The series features a stellar cast, including Himanshu Malhotra, Aabhaas Mehta, and Samikssha Batnagar, who deliver power-packed performances that bring the characters to life. ‘Mauka Ya Dhokha’ is a gripping series that delves into the depths of desires, choices, and the consequences that follow. 

    ‘Mauka Ya Dhokha’ explores the story of Amit, an ordinary man whose life takes a dramatic turn when he discovers the dark consequences of his ill-fated wish, catapulting him into a world of conspiracy and plotting a chilling murder. As Amit tries to unravel the truth, he is joined by the enigmatic Shalini, who transitions from being the aggressor to a victim of a perfectly crafted plan. With the mysterious private eye, Satyajit, pulling the strings, Amit must navigate a dangerous cat-and-mouse game to secure his freedom and unravel the truth behind this web of deceit.

As per BARC, 124 million viewers tuned in to watch the live broadcast of ICC WTC Final ‘23, the highest ever reach garnered for any test match and 32 per cent higher than the previous ICC WTC Final ’21 between India and New Zealand. The broadcaster has also clocked an impressive 14.4 billion minutes of watch time for live broadcast, surpassing the billion minutes garnered for the previous edition of ICC WTC Final and any other test match in history.

    Having established its prominence as a premier Pro Kabaddi and Ultimate Table Tennis team in India, U Mumba has further expanded its footprint in the sporting canvas on the global stage by fielding a world-class unit of chess grandmasters in the first edition of the GCL. In a strategic move, the sports company has joined hands with the India-HQ skilling giant upGrad to further scale its expansion.

    Mumbai: Part of the journey of the fastest format in cricket, T10’s next destination is Zimbabwe, at the Zim Afro T10, which will get underway on 20 July, with a grand final scheduled for 29 July, with all the games being played in Harare.  

    Joining this special journey is one of India’s most loved Bollywood actors, Sanjay Dutt, in the capacity of co-owner of the Harare Hurricanes. Dutt will co-own the franchise with Aries Group of Companies founder, chairman, and CEO Sohan Roy. This will be the partnership’s first activity in the sport of cricket.  

    The Zim Afro T10 represents franchise cricket’s first foray in Zimbabwe and the tournament will have five privately owned teams battling it out for the top prize. The other four teams will be Durban Qalandars, CapeTown Samp Army, Bulawayo Braves and the Joburg Lions.  

    The players’ draft is slated to take place on 2 July at a grand ceremony in Harare.   

    Zimbabwe Cricket managing director Givemore Makoni said, “To see some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry throw their weight behind the Zim Afro T10 gives me immense pleasure, and tells me that the tournament is being well received. Now, all that is left is that the Harare Hurricanes put in a brilliant showing in the tournament next month.”  

    “Cricket is like a religion in India, and as one of the biggest nations in the sport, I feel it is our duty to take the game to every corner of the world. Zimbabwe has a rich history in the sport and to associate with that and help fans have a great time is something that truly gives me joy. I am looking forward to the Harare Hurricanes doing really well at the Zim Afro T10,” Harare Hurricanes co-owner Sanjay Dutt said.

As per data for the all India 2+ target group, STAR Maa is the most watched channel in India with an average minute audience (AMA) of 2404.08(000). It was followed by  Sun TV at 2258.68(000) AMA, STAR Plus at 2210.83(000) AMA, Goldmines at 1784.12(000) AMA, and Dangal at 1729.02(000) AMA.

    The average minute audience (AMA) is defined as the number of individuals within a target audience who viewed a televised “event,” averaged across minutes. In the Hindi-speaking market (HSM), STAR Plus emerged as the most-watched channel at 2128.54(000) AMA, followed by Goldmines at 1750.3(000) AMA, Dangal at 1722.91(000) AMA, Sony Sab at 1670.66(000) AMA and STAR Pravah at 1391.97(000) AMA.

    In the South market, STAR Maa was the most-watched channel at 2356.88(000) AMA, followed by Sun TV at 2236.95(000) AMA, Zee Telugu at 1615.97(000) AMA, STAR Vijay at 1499.5(000) AMA and Zee Kannada at 1270.44(000) AMA.

    In the Maharashtra/Goa market, Star Pravah was the most-watched channel at 1380.19(000) AMA, followed by Zee Marathi at 441.8(000) AMA, SONY Sab at 429.56(000) AMA, Colors Marathi at 412.97(000) AMA and Goldmines at 328.75(000) AMA.

    In the West Bengal market, STAR Jalsha was the most-watched channel with 869.41(000) AMA, followed by Zee Bangla at 685.6(000) AMA, Colors Bangla at 135.87(000) AMA, Jalsha Movies at 125.71(000) AMA and Goldmines at 118.89(000) AMA.

    In the megacities market, including Mumbai, New Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru and Chennai, Sun TV was the most-watched channel at 387.1(000) AMA followed by STAR Plus at 350.88(000) AMA, STAR Vijay at 314.12(000) AMA, SONY SAB at 303.26(000) AMA and Colors at 298.03(000) AMA.
