    We architected and developed India’s first OTT platform and began our IP-led services in 2013 with the launch of LogixPlayer, a world-class video player. LogixPlayer currently powers the viewing experience for over 200 million viewers across the globe and was rated as the second-best video player in India by voice & data for its exceptional streaming quality.

    We are proud to serve six out of India’s top ten OTT platforms, having delivered more than 50 solutions in the past decade. Presently, we cater to over 20 customers, with a global presence extending to Singapore, the Middle East, Canada, and the USA. Our dedicated team of over 180 engineering and design professionals is committed to solving the most pressing OTT and video challenges. At Logituit, we offer a comprehensive range of products and services under one roof, eliminating the multi-vendor hassle for our clients.

    On some key challenges that you’ve faced in delivering seamless video experiences across different platforms

    OTT landscape is diverse. We can’t expect similar requirements from all of them. Each platform comes with different requirements and is equally challenging. But that’s our job to get deep down the challenges and bring out the best product that provides top-notch user experiences. Every project has its own set of challenges, and our expert engineers are there to solve each of them. However, the few common challenges if I had to say would be:

    1   Ensuring consistent video quality and performance across a wide range of devices and network conditions.

    2   Integrating diverse monetization models, such as ad-supported, subscription-based, and hybrid approaches, while maintaining a smooth user experience.

    3   Safeguarding content against piracy and unauthorised access requires robust DRM solutions and secure streaming protocols, which must be continuously updated to counter evolving threats.

    4   Personalising content recommendations for diverse audiences involves sophisticated data analytics and machine learning algorithms to accurately interpret viewer preferences and behaviors across different regions and demographics.

    On Logituit utilising AI, ML, and other advanced technologies to enhance user engagement and video content delivery

    Technology upgradation is the utmost priority when it comes to video technology. When AI-ML is taking over industries across, Logituit makes sure we leverage AI-ML to its best to provide a robust user experience. When in video and OTT industry personalisation is the key we use AI-ML to analyze the vast user data to bring personalisation and relevance forefront.

    Be it content recommendation, ad insertion, or adjusting video quality based on real-time network, we employ AI-ML to analyse data based on user’s preference, click-through rate, demographics, time-spent etc. to avail them with relevant content.

    Logituit also employs machine learning to process large language models (LLM) and create multilingual automated subtitles and dubbing using AI-ML technology. There will also be a greater emphasis on data privacy and security.

    Yulu flags off its service in Tirunelveli

    Mumbai: Yulu, a shared electric vehicle (EV) mobility technology firm, launched its service in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, in partnership with city-based Runa Motors Pvt Ltd. The service was inaugurated in the presence of Tirunelveli City’s assistant commissioner of police – traffic, K.B. Kameshwaran, as well as Startup Tamil Nadu’s project leads N Rahul and C Gigin Durai. Following the launch, Runa Motors, which is helmed by local entrepreneur V. Nagarajan, will operate a fleet of DeX GR EVs across the city with support from Yulu.

    Tirunelveli is now home to the third operational Yulu Business Partnership (YBP). Previously, Yulu had launched its leisure mobility services in Indore and Kochi, in collaboration with YBP partners in those cities. The introduction of its zero-emission delivery EVs in Tirunelveli marks another remarkable stride for Yulu as it rapidly scales up its service in non-metro cities.

    Tirunelveli is well known for its cement, cotton, sugar and pharmaceutical industries. An upcoming city, it also attracts a large number of students, medical tourists and jobseekers from nearby towns and villages, as well as other states. Sensing an unmet need for environmentally sustainable and affordable mobility options, Runa Motors’ founder V. Nagarajan – whose goal is to shape Tirunelveli into a modern, smart and sustainable city – decided to join hands with Yulu.

    To begin with, Runa Motors and Yulu will offer hyperlocal delivery EVs for food delivery partners. In addition to providing EVs, technology, and training, Yulu has also supported Runa Motors with brand partnerships, and is working closely with Swiggy and Zomato’s city-based teams to help Runa Motors onboard new riders. With Yulu’s proposition of enabling 30-40 per centhigher savings, the partnership will unlock several gig work jobs, boost Tirunelveli’s local economy, and enable delivery companies and local businesses to easily switch to eco-friendly vehicles for their logistics needs.

    Yulu co-founder & CEO Amit Gupta said: “We are excited to introduce our EV mobility services in Tirunelveli in partnership with Runa Motors and V. Nagarajan. This collaboration not only marks another milestone for the YBP initiative, but also underscores Yulu’s commitment to take the EV revolution to every city and town in the country.     Runa Motors Pvt Ltd founder V. Nagarajan said that his decision to partner Yulu was made easier by the fact that it is a ‘Made in India’ brand whose world-class EVs are manufactured by Bajaj Auto. He added, “The integration of Yulu’s proven end-to-end EV mobility solution and Runa’s local expertise will transform the mobility landscape of Tirunelveli. I am confident that the residents will embrace this affordable and eco-friendly hyperlocal delivery EV service. We look forward to contributing to the community’s economic and environmental well-being and are excited at the prospect of expanding into further areas, such as personal mobility, and look forward to scaling up our business into as many cities as possible.”

    Runa Motors has deployed the EVs at key spots in the city, including Thiyagarajanagar, Sambandhar Street, Megalingapuram Salai Street, Sindhupoondurai, Tirunelveli Junction and the Tirunelveli Corporation area. The EV fleet’s energy needs will be met via three battery swapping stations powered by Yuma — a leading battery-as-a-service (BaaS) firm — at Thirugnanasambandar Kovil Town, Medhablock Pushpalata, and Udayarpattisalai Junction. In addition, three Yulu Centres have been established across the city to serve as touchpoints for customer information, vehicle rentals and maintenance.

    Our journey with Superbot began as a response to a challenge we faced while managing PinnacleWorks, our parent company in the education sector. Despite our diligent efforts and the deployment of dedicated counsellors, we encountered costly delays in addressing student queries, leading to missed opportunities and reduced conversion rates. This prompted us to conceive an automated chat agent capable of comprehending the sentiment behind customer queries and responding with human-like empathy. Initially designed for the education sector, Superbot quickly gained traction, becoming the preferred solution for round-the-clock customer query management among over 100 educational brands within a year. However, we soon realized that there was a need to proactively engage customers to boost ROI. This prompted us to evolve Superbot into an AI-powered conversation Agent, proficient in intelligent dialogues over telephony channels. As we transitioned Superbot into a versatile SaaS product, we expanded its capabilities to cater to diverse industries, addressing various calling needs from conducting large-scale surveys to handling critical tasks like lead verification and payment reminders. One of its standout features is serving as a 24/7 incoming helpline, guaranteeing zero wait time for user inquiries. This significantly reduces average handling time (AHT) and enhances customer satisfaction (CSAT).
