The official YouTube app on Fire TV is better than ever with expanded Alexa voice controls that help customers find, launch, and control content (pause, play, rewind, fast-forward) using their voice. When they open the app for the first time they’ll be automatically prompted to download the app—once installed, they can simply say “Alexa, open YouTube” or click into the app to sign in to their existing YouTube account and access their full library of content including subscriptions, playlists, and recommendations. But in the wake of Lord Krishna's death, the glittering kingdom sank into the Arabian Sea and its glory faded into myth. Now, Josh is teaming up with world-renowned researchers who are dedicated to unearthing the truth behind the fabled city.

    “The story of ancient Dwarka is an important religious tale, but as we examine submerged ruins surrounding the modern city by the same name, we’re discovering that the legend may be based on something historic,” says Josh Gates, as he dives into the waters of the Arabian Sea.

    After investigating the coast of modern Dwarka, Josh heads to a dig site on Bet Dwarka, an island to the north, with a team of Indian archeologists who have recently discovered intriguing relics including the remains of a wall, pottery, and an enigmatic stamping-seal.

    “Archaeologists have barely scratched the surface on this island, but the evidence is already mounting that there was a significant settlement here,” says Gates. “The items we've uncovered and especially the ancient seal demonstrates a vibrant culture here and strong indications of ritual and ceremony. But is it ancient Dwarka?”

    Speaking about his experience, Josh Gates, adds, “I leave India entranced, swept up in thousands of years of myth, devotion and celebration. In time, archaeologists may find irrefutable proof that Dwarka isn't just a religious parable in an ancient text.     MUMBAI: In a unique effort to use communication as a force for good, the International Advertising Association (India Chapter) and the Rotary District 3141 will help promote a contest along with Campaign India and invite entries for an awareness campaign that will challenge Young Creative Professionals to show how they love their elders.

    The winners would be felicitated at the prestigious IndIAA Awards presentation night on 26th August and their campaign would be showcased across all media platforms. Says Punit Goenka, President, International Advertising Association (IAA) India Chapter, "The IAA has always stood firm by its ethos and value system, which is based on the fact that what's good, is good for business. I think this gives us a great opportunity to partner with the Rotary District and spread an important & noble message about elder care. In fact, respecting and honouring our elders is the foundation of rich values and traditions in India. The younger generation certainly needs to be sensitized about the needs of their elders, in order to make them more aware about their responsibilities and duties. The IAA has also capitalized on its enhanced focus on Young Professionals, in order to restrict entries to professionals under the age of 35."

We are delighted that the IAA and others are coming together to create awareness about this.     Says Abhishek Karnani Chairman IndIAA Awards Committee, this is a special category for Young Professionals (YP's) and entries received would be shortlisted by a jury of creative experts before being placed before our main jury for the IndIAA awards. We will have this category called "YP's for Good" addressing different topics in the public service space each year, going forward.

    The contest is open to all professionals in the advertising industry below the age of 35. There will be no entry fee and the last date for receipt of entries would be 28th. July 2019. There would be no extensions.  Entries are invited for an integrated campaign (print, poster, social and film) that shows how young adults show their love for their elders.

    It takes off from a brief received from Dignity Foundation the leader in elder care, that having invested a large part of their life in bringing up children, what elders really want from young adults is their time. And that is probably the most difficult for young adults to give.

Shri Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India emerged as the topmost health influencer, second time in a row. Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar climbed to the second spot this year and Yoga guru Baba Ramdev slid to the third spot.

    The top 30 health influencers have been derived from a list of 100 names. The scoring system was created based on the following categories: Followers on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube; Number of Google news mentions; and an estimate of how much each person's career focuses on fitness and health. This data was collected throughout the month of January-March 2019.

    The primary objective of this exercise was to understand how the youth of this country relates to health and fitness. We also wanted to know the people they associate with, who have had maximum impact in this category in India. We believe that this is a direct result of your active role in demonstrating the benefits of leading a healthy and balanced lifestyle daily.

    The new entrants in this year’s list included MS Dhoni, Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, and Priyanka Chopra, who made it to the top 10.

Monty Don travels the globe in search for such paradise gardens in “Monty Don’s Paradise Gardens” premiering on 9th July, 8PM on FYI TV18.

    It is common to refer to one’s garden as a “piece of heaven” nurtured with care and love combining beauty and peace. But there is one group of gardens, inspired by the Islamic faith, that are made quite specifically as a reflection here on earth of the paradise that awaits in the afterlife. The Koran, the holy book of Islam, tells of these magical places; green spaces filled with flowers and fruit where shade and water provide a safe haven from the harsh climate that dominates the Arab world. For Muslims, these gardens are an earthly vision of the real paradise awaiting believers in heaven.

    In this two episode series Monty Don, English presenter and writer and speaker on Horticulture, travels across the Islamic world and beyond in search of Paradise Gardens.
