    Mumbai: Mosaic Wellness, a health & wellness start-up running digital health clinic platforms Man Matters and Bodywise, has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Abhinav Mohan as chief business officer. 

    In this role, Mohan will head all categories and brand marketing and work closely with co-founder and CEO Revant Bhate, said the statement.

    “We are thrilled to welcome Abhinav to our core leadership team,” said Bhate. “Given his rich experience in scaling consumer first propositions with InMobi and Glance, we are looking forward to leveraging his leadership skills in navigating the next phase in our growth journey across categories and propositions.”  

    Mohan brings with him over 10 years of experience in building and scaling technology businesses. In his previous stint as VP and GM of monetisation at Glance (part of InMobi Group), he was helping brands connect with their audience and have personalized conversations with them through AI-enabled digital platforms. 

    In his previous roles at InMobi, he has also worked on consumer insights, performance marketing and innovative data solutions across both ad-tech and mar-tech.

    Publicis India appoints Amaresh Godbole as CEO – digital tech business

    Mumbai: Publicis Groupe India on Wednesday announced the appointment of Amaresh Godbole as CEO of digital technology business. In this role, Godbole will be leading the digital experience and technology agencies Digitas India and Indigo Consulting. He will also be responsible for scaling up the Publicis Commerce D2C offering.

    The role will report to Publicis Groupe South Asia CEO Anupriya Acharya and both Digitas India CEO Unny Radhakrishnan and Indigo Consulting MD Jose Leon will work closely with Godbole, said the company in a statement.

    “The last two years have seen an acceleration in technology adoption and companies across sectors are grappling with the need to deliver more contemporary customer experiences and improve critical business processes,” remarked Anupriya Acharya. “We have an opportunity to accelerate further our unique digital technology offerings in India and unlock new avenues, bringing in exponential growth for clients.     Prior to this, Godbole was associated with Google India as head of creative and capability, and he also has a history of over a decade with Publicis Groupe where his last role was Digitas India CEO.

    Amit Misra elevated to CEO of MSL South East Asia

    Mumbai: Publicis Groupe on Tuesday announced the appointment of Amit Misra as chief executive officer, MSL South East Asia, in addition to his current role as CEO, MSL South Asia.

    As part of his expanded responsibilities, Misra will drive MSL’s growth in the South East Asia markets, leading a team of 100 colleagues across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines, along with 450 colleagues across 8 offices in South Asia. The elevation is in line with Publicis Groupe’s vision of fostering entrepreneurship within the Group’s strategic priorities, said the agency in a statement.  

    Misra, who has steered MSL India for more than eight years, will work to drive Publicis Groupe’s Power of One solutions in the South East Asian markets.

    “Amit has taken MSL to greater heights year on year in India and South Asia. Amit leading the mandate for two regions will further leverage the Publicis Groupe’s Power of One model, with MSL being a true powerhouse offering scale and depth of services to our clients.     Misra joined MSL India in 2013 and took over the India operations as CEO in 2015. MSL India’s strong growth in recent years has been driven by its integrated communications offerings and it will continue to be the focus of the business under Misra’s leadership in South East Asia, it said.

    Former chairman of Turkish Airlines Ilker Ayci named Air India CEO

    New Delhi: Tata Sons on Monday announced the onboarding of former chairman of Turkish Airlines Ilker Ayci as chief executive officer and managing director of Air India. He will assume his responsibilities on or before 1 April, Tata Sons said.

    “The board after due deliberations approved the appointment of Ilker Ayci as the CEO & MD of Air India. This appointment is subject to requisite regulatory approvals,” Tata Sons said in a press statement.

    The Air India board met on Monday to approve the candidature of Ilker Ayci. Tata Sons chairman N Chandrasekaran was a special invitee to this board meeting.

    “Ilker is an aviation industry leader who led Turkish Airlines to its current success during his tenure there. We are delighted to welcome Ilker to the Tata Group where he would lead Air India into the new era,” said N Chandrasekaran on Ayci’s appointment.

    Recently, Tata Group has officially taken over Air India from the government. Tata Sons is the holding company of the business conglomerate.

    Mumbai: Finacial services provider Ashika Group has appointed Vishesh Sharma as chief marketing officer (CMO). He will be based in Mumbai and report directly to Ashika Group CEO Chirag Jain.

    The bolstering of the company’s leadership ranks is in line with its vision of fortifying the personal finance ecosystem and transforming how New India manages its savings and investments with the newly-launched My Dhanush app, said the statement.

    At Ashika Group, Sharma will be responsible for brand building, content marketing, social media, and corporate communications for the retail business, which is stacked under the company’s master brand, My Dhanush, it added.

    Mumbai: Duroflex Group has announced the elevation of Mohanraj J as CEO of its omnichannel consumer brand – Duroflex. He takes over from Mathew Chandy who will now be serving as CMD of the group. 

    Mohanraj has been with the company for more than six years in various leadership roles and will now spearhead Duroflex’s growth and expansion in the coming years. In this new role, his responsibilities will span the thriving retail, e-commerce and D2C business of Duroflex, said the company in a statement.

    Mumbai: B2B e-commerce platform Arzooo has brought Anand Chandak on board as vice president – categories. With more than a decade-long experience in building e-commerce categories, Chandak will be trailblazing the company’s efforts to build strategies and operational plans for Arzooo’s core categories of appliances and electronics.
