  • Amazon rebrands as your everyday enabler, not just the everything store

Amazon rebrands as your everyday enabler, not just the everything store

MUMBAI: Once known as the ‘everything store’, Amazon India is now gunning for something a little closer to home—and heart. With its new campaign, Har Din Behtar, the e-commerce giant wants to be seen not just as a marketplace for all things, but as a thoughtful partner in everyday life.

Conceptualised by Ogilvy, the campaign signals a quiet but meaningful shift in Amazon’s narrative: from a transactional utility to a brand that understands India’s everyday struggles, quirks, and quiet triumphs.

The thematic film opens with a neighbourly face-off—a tongue-in-cheek tug-of-war of betterment. From swapping outdated décor to embracing new habits, the film portrays how a little friendly rivalry becomes the nudge towards becoming your best self. That spirit runs through three punchy follow-up films:

A PG aunty takes the plunge and partakes in a Gen-Z party, all thanks to budget buys under Rs 300.

A grandson uses thoughtful buys to bond with his grandfather—small gestures, big feels.

A dad sneaks veggies into his kids’ meal with a clever kitchen hack, backed by products with crores of reviews.

The campaign tagline—“Har chhoti badi koshish se banta hai din behtar”—cements the message: it’s the little things that make every day better.

Commenting on the campaign launch, Amazon India director – growth & consumer marketing, Pragya Sharma said, “Today’s India is not for the fainthearted. It is where rising expectations are being met with expanding opportunities. We love this about India because it reflects the culture that has been a north star for Amazon since the first day of the launch of our e-commerce marketplace in the country. Customer obsession is at the centre of everything we do, it is what keeps us curious, nimble, and innovative. We love that our customers’ expectations are never static and always rising. It reminds us to not just respond to customers’ needs but anticipate them as well. With ‘Har Din Behtar’, we are not only acknowledging this spirit of relentless improvement, we also aim to match it by enhancing selection, speed, and service quality daily.”

The campaign strikes a fine balance between emotional pull and retail proposition. Backed by RTBs like under Rs 300, innovative products, and crores of reviews, the films highlight how Amazon isn’t just about indulgence—it’s about effort turned effortless.

Ogilvy India CCO Sukesh Nayak spoke about the campaign, saying, “Amazon as a brand has always been known as the ultimate online shopping destination in India – an everything store. With this campaign, we’ve added heart to what Amazon stands for. Evolving to become an everyday partner for all of life’s little-big moments. Through our films, we’ve shown how Amazon supports you in turning your small daily goals into big, beautiful wins. Helping you really make every day better.”

From everyday buys to everyday better, Amazon’s message is clear: it’s not just what you get—it’s what you do with it that counts.

  • MediBuddy builds a tiny world to salute dad’s giant heart with #JustDadThings

MediBuddy builds a tiny world to salute dad’s giant heart with #JustDadThings

MUMBAI : MediBuddy has gone small to make a big point. The digital health giant has rolled out a tender Father’s Day campaign-#JustDadThings-that builds an intricately designed miniature world to highlight the often invisible, under-celebrated sacrifices dads make daily. While fathers never miss a beat for their families, they often skip a visit to the doctor.

Crafted in-house and brought to life with a touch of AI wizardry, the 36-second spot captures poignant vignettes of a father’s quiet devotion—never missing the school run, always fixing the jammed door, yet consistently putting off that health check. The tiny, lifelike sets pack emotional punch, showing that when it comes to love, dads go big—even if no one’s looking.

But beneath the emotional storytelling lies a hard truth: men, especially fathers, are less likely to seek preventive care. They downplay symptoms, delay tests, and carry on—until it’s too late.

Speaking on the campaign, MediBuddy head of brand marketing, Manu Sankar Das said, “Culturally, fathers have long been cast in the role of silent providers—always present, yet rarely prioritising their own well-being. This insight, rooted in both data and daily observation, formed the foundation of our campaign. With #JustDadThings, we’ve used the power of AI and miniature storytelling to spotlight this quiet selflessness and reframe appreciation as action. True gratitude, we believe, lies not just in words, but in ensuring the health and longevity of those who’ve quietly safeguarded ours.”

It’s part nostalgia, part nudge. And as the film spreads across social platforms, MediBuddy hopes it sparks a new tradition: giving back by giving dad the health care he’s too modest to ask for.

  • Asian Paints rolls out ‘Royale Glitz – Tribute to Odisha’ with a splash of soul and shimmer

Asian Paints rolls out ‘Royale Glitz – Tribute to Odisha’ with a splash of soul and shimmer

MUMBAI: Asian Paints is adding a coat of culture to its colour charts. The company’s latest limited-edition launch, Royale Glitz – Tribute to Odisha, isn’t just a new look for its luxe emulsion range—it’s a curated homage to the rich tapestry of Odisha’s traditions.

Wrapped in the elegance of Pattachitra art and infused with motifs from the state’s iconic heritage—think Odissi dancers, the mighty Hirakud Dam, and the timeworn glory of the Konark Wheel—the pack is less packaging, more cultural artefact.

“At Asian Paints, we believe that every state is not just a market, but a living story. Our Royale Glitz ‘Tribute to Odisha’ edition is more than packaging—it’s a celebration of Odisha’s enduring artistry, spiritual energy, and cultural depth. As a market, Odisha is discerning and design- aware, and this initiative reflects our intent to not only lead in innovation and aesthetics but also lead in cultural sensitivity. This is how we continue to elevate décor from just product to purposeful expression,” said Asian Paints MD & CEO Amit Syngle.

Known for its crème-finish glow and anti-crack performance, Royale Glitz now arrives with a dose of regional pride. The move is part of Asian Paints’ ongoing push to regionalise its offerings—fusing décor and storytelling to create deeper consumer connections.

Backing the pack is a localised campaign featuring an original Odia track composed by Geet Vani and sung by Barnali Hota. The music video wraps Odia pride in melody, adding a lyrical layer to the product’s visual punch.

Available across select markets in Odisha, the Tribute to Odisha pack paints a picture of how luxury décor can echo local identity—one brushstroke at a time.

Reppro gets top marks as WACE’s India communications partner

MUMBAI: It’s a match made in academia and advertising. The Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) has picked The Reppro as its official communications partner in India, a strategic alliance that blends international curriculum with local storytelling flair. The Reppro, an emerging force in strategic communications and public relations, will now handle public relations, social media, and performance marketing for WACE, the globally respected senior secondary qualification developed by the Government of Western Australia’s School Curriculum and Standards Authority.

The move comes as WACE expands its footprint into India, becoming the first international government curriculum to offer a full K–12 academic framework to Indian students. With recognition in over 16 countries including Japan, Singapore, China, and Malaysia and Grade XII equivalence granted by India’s Association of Indian Universities (AIU) WACE is now targeting Indian schools and learners seeking global-standard education with local relevance.

The Reppro founder Amit Gupta said, “We’re proud to partner with WACE at this pivotal moment in India’s education evolution. WACE’s globally respected curriculum, combined with its structured academic rigor and WASSA learning record, offers Indian students a credible and future-ready pathway.”

WACE echoed the sentiment, noting that this partnership marks a new chapter in its India journey. “With The Reppro’s deep understanding of the education space and its integrated approach to communication, we’re confident of deepening our engagement with students, schools, and education leaders across the country,” a WACE spokesperson said.

As Indian parents and students increasingly seek internationally recognised pathways, the WACE–Reppro partnership is expected to spark fresh interest in academic alternatives. With a communications playbook packed with PR, performance marketing, and social storytelling, The Reppro will build awareness, drive adoption, and help WACE speak the language of India’s education aspirations.

In an education market where curriculum choices often feel like a final exam, WACE just got the right coaching partner.

  • Rush by Hike rolls the dice with Krushna Abhishek in #ChaloJeetKiChaal debut

Rush by Hike rolls the dice with Krushna Abhishek in #ChaloJeetKiChaal debut

MUMBAI: Rush, Hike’s high-stakes skill gaming platform, has unleashed its maiden brand campaign, #ChaloJeetKiChaal, roping in Krushna Abhishek to bring a heady mix of humour, hustle, and homegrown wit to India’s Ludo-loving masses.

Touted as its boldest comms blitz yet, the five-week campaign spans TV, radio, and digital and targets over 20 million players across India’s rapidly growing Hindi-speaking belt. With Ludo at the heart of the action, Krushna channels the ultimate jugaadu gamer, proving that in both life and gaming, dimaag se khelo, aur jeet pakki karo.

“#ChaloJeetKiChaal is our way of turning the spotlight on India’s sharpest gamers – people who play smart, hustle hard, and know that strategy & skill always wins over chance. We wanted the campaign to be as fun and fast-paced as the platform itself and bring gaming into the mainstream conversation with a smile,” said Hike CFO Manish Kumar.

The campaign is packed with big moves:

.  A 360° media splash across television, radio and digital

.  Influencer integrations with Manisha Rani, Sunny Singh, and Nitish Rana

. Vernacular-driven storytelling for deeper Bharat penetration

.  In-app contests and the flagship Leedo Champions League—offering cash, gadgets, even wheels

Far from being another luck-of-the-draw gaming pitch, Rush is doubling down on its skill-first promise. Every Ludo match is built to reward strategy, not serendipity, and the platform continues to invest in transparent matchmaking and user education to keep it that way.

“India’s real-money gaming industry is rapidly evolving into something far more aspirational, rooted in skill, culture, and mass accessibility,” said Kumar. “Krushna was a natural choice for this campaign. He embodies the spirit of Bharat — quick-witted, endlessly relatable, and driven by hustle. His energy captures the heart of our vision: a gaming experience that’s skill-first, deeply inclusive, and unmistakably fun. This is what the future of gaming in India looks like.”

With the dice rolling and the stakes high, Rush is inviting Bharat’s next-gen gamers to bring their A-game. After all, jeet unhi ki hoti hai jo chaal chalte hain dimaag se.

  • Freshwrapp and Vikas Khanna say no to bacteria with a foil-wrapped punch

Freshwrapp and Vikas Khanna say no to bacteria with a foil-wrapped punch

MUMBAI: Hindalco’s Freshwrapp has teamed up with Michelin-starred chef and author Vikas Khanna to roll out a punchy new campaign — Bacteria ki Entry ko Rokey. The message? Ditch that damp cloth and crumpled newspaper. If you love your food, protect it like you mean it.

At the heart of the campaign is Freshwrapp’s new ‘Freshlock Shield’ — a science-backed feature that promises to block bacterial intrusion while keeping food fresh, fragrant, and full of flavour. Tested by NABL-approved labs, the foil prevents bacteria like E. coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus from breaking through for up to 48 hours. Not bad for something you can tear off a roll.

The campaign film, created by Network Advertising, lands the hygiene message with humour — personifying bacteria as a pesky dinner date couple, only to be blocked by the foil’s protective barrier. Think rom-com meets science class.

Speaking on the collaboration, Khanna said, “Food is one of the purest expressions of love in every Indian home—but how we store that food is often taken for granted. I’ve used aluminium foil often as it’s hygienic, dependable and easy to use. Freshwrapp, in particular, has always stood out for me and with this campaign, we’re encouraging families to adopt smarter, safer kitchen habits”.

Freshwrapp, already a category leader and certified ISI-safe, is now repositioning itself from a convenience product to a daily essential. Consumer trials revealed that once introduced to Freshwrapp, non-users were quick converts, praising its hygiene, freshness retention, and ease of use.

This scientifically validated shield is a powerful reassurance for caregivers, especially mothers, who ranked it highly for freshness and hygiene in consumer trials. As one participant put it, “When I pack my child’s lunch in Freshwrapp, I know I’m sending both food and protection.”

Commenting on the campaign, Hindalco Industries Ltd senior president & CEO – downstream aluminium business, Nilesh Koul said “At Hindalco, our vision of ‘Engineering Better Futures’ is not just about materials—it’s about enabling safer, healthier everyday choices for families. Through Freshwrapp, we’re helping engineer a better future, one kitchen at a time. With this campaign, we’re not just showcasing the freshness and hygiene benefits of aluminium foil; we’re encouraging families to rethink old habits. It’s about making informed, healthier choices in the kitchen”

With over 1.2 million households using it every month, and three ‘Superbrand’ titles under its belt, Freshwrapp is rolling into the hearts — and lunchboxes — of Indian families, one tightly wrapped paratha at a time.

  • GMR’s ‘Rug rug mein rugby’ campaign brings the scrum to the street

GMR’s ‘Rug rug mein rugby’ campaign brings the scrum to the street

MUMBAI: GMR Rugby Premier League (RPL) is charging into the national consciousness with a thumping new campaign — Rug Rug Mein Rugby — an audacious attempt to make the gritty, fast-paced sport of Rugby 7s feel as everyday as chai and traffic jams.

Launched by GMR Sports and Rugby India, the campaign leads with a high-energy anthem that celebrates the adrenaline, grit and speed of the game, backed by vibrant visuals and a hook designed to stick. But it doesn’t stop at soundtracks. A witty series of digital films reimagines rugby in everyday Indian scenarios — from a fish-market dive that mirrors a try, to a lift-crasher evoking a ruck. The goal? Make the game less foreign, more fun.

Speaking on the campaign, Rugby India president Rahul Bose said, “With Rug Rug Mein Rugby, we are not just launching a league, we’re launching  an emotive appeal to all Indians – Sabke Rug Rug Mein Rugby, India ke Rug Rug Mein Rugby. The theme song exudes all the exciting characteristics of the sport, while this campaign simplifies the game, celebrates the best athletes, and invites all of India to witness this spectacle.”

GMR Sports CMO Sujoy Ganguly said, “At GMR Sports, we are committed to building a strong foundation for rugby in India. This campaign captures the heart and excitement of the sport and makes it accessible to new audiences. It’s a dynamic, high energy launchpad for both the Rugby Premier League and a wider rugby movement in the country.”

The GMR RPL, backed by World Rugby, kicks off its debut season on June 15 at the Mumbai Football Arena with 34 matches lined up. If the campaign’s punchy appeal lands right, rugby might just go from niche to next-big-thing.

TVS Ronin teams up with TBWAIndia to master #TheArtOfProtection

MUMBAI: TVS Ronin is blending tradition with throttle in its latest campaign, “The Art of Protection”. Teaming up with TBWAIndia, the brand has launched a limited-edition helmet collection to mark World Art Day — where the brush meets the brake and heritage meets headgear.

Each piece is a hand-painted ode to India’s cultural wealth — a moving mural on two wheels.

Adding to this, TVS Motor Company head business – premium, Vimal Sumbly shared, “TVS RONIN has always been about enabling riders to express their unique personalities. ‘The Art of Protection’ is a powerful manifestation of this philosophy — an initiative that not only safeguards our riders but also carries forward India’s incredible artistic heritage.”

TBWAIndia creative head – South, Rathish Subramaniam commented, “India’s cultural richness deserves more than preservation; it demands celebration. This campaign captures just that spirit through the raw, #Unscripted lens of the TVS RONIN.”

The initiative tackles two problems head-on: the casual disregard for helmet use among riders, and the fading visibility of India’s traditional art forms. The result? A campaign that’s part PSA, part gallery on the go.

The numbers back the buzz: a 3.6 per cent engagement rate, eight per cent bump in Instagram followers, and over 75,000 page visits in just a week. With audiences asking for more, TVS is already shifting gears towards a phase two. Art never looked so fast.

  • Stride with pride as FGII marches ahead for inclusion and impact

Stride with pride as FGII marches ahead for inclusion and impact

MUMBAI: There was colour, there was conviction, and there was community spirit all marching in rhythm at Bandra Fort on 1st June as Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited (FGII) kicked off Pride Month with a purpose-driven stride. Its landmark ‘Walk with Pride’ initiative wasn’t just a three-kilometre stroll under Mumbai’s monsoon-blushed skies, it was a call to walk the talk on equality.

Led by FGII’s managing director and CEO Anup Rau, the walk saw over 500 participants from LGBTQIA+ individuals and corporate allies to employees and public figures come together in a visible, vocal display of solidarity. For every step taken, FGII pledged support to The Humsafar Trust, bolstering healthcare services for the queer community.

The event wasn’t just symbolic; it was catalytic. “Inclusion is not just a corporate agenda, it’s a human imperative,” said FGII chief marketing for customer and impact officer Ruchika Varma. “Our walk is an expression of our daily commitment to diversity, not just a June moment.”

Adding stardust to the spirited march was actor and philanthropist Mandira Bedi. “India has come a long way post Article 377, but true change lies in access to jobs, to care, to dignity,” she said, lauding FGII for setting the bar on corporate allyship.

Human rights activist and performer Sushant Divgikar echoed the mood, “Today, we’re not walking alone. We’re being seen, celebrated, and supported.”

The vibe? “Refreshing and uplifting,” said veteran transgender activist Shreegauri Sawant. “It’s not just a walk, it’s an embrace.”

For FGII, which has long championed mental wellness, workplace equity, and DEI leadership, the ‘Walk with Pride’ adds real miles to its mission. Because when inclusion gets a route map and purpose gets a pulse, every step counts.
