Mumbai: Today, women are breaking the glass ceiling in every sector. Beyond all this, there still exists a patriarchal mindset. Not many women are in the C-suite taking important decisions. And, of course, there still exists pay parity.
This Women’s Day, we, at Indiantelevision.com, are acknowledging some women leaders of the media, marketing, and advertising fraternity and also from other professions, who have given more than expected.
Her journey
I earned my MBA in Finance from Symbiosis International (Deemed University), a highly respected educational institution located in Pune.
Following my studies, I pursued work in various sectors including construction and real estate.
However, my career took a pause when I got married. Despite this setback, my husband remained supportive and encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone.
This led me to open a small dry fruits and nuts store in Pune, which eventually grew into three stores within just two years. The retail shutdown during covid made us launch our D2C brand, Nutrilitius. Now, helping others achieve a healthy lifestyle through Nutrilitius is a dream come true for me, as a passionate advocate for healthy food and lifestyle choices.
Her Inspiration and inspiring the team
I have been fortunate to have a supportive and empowering partner in my husband. His encouragement and belief in me have ignited my creativity and emboldened me to take bold strides in my entrepreneurial pursuits. In my opinion, granting employees a sense of autonomy and ownership within a company is a powerful motivator that fosters inspiration and encourages dedication to the organization’s success.

Women empowerment is about giving women the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to achieve their full potential.
