Nikhil Gandhi joins Arise IIP as executive director

Mumbai: In a LinkedIn update, MX Player former COO Nikhil Gandhi has joined Dubai-based infrastructure firm, Arise IIP, as its executive director.

Gandhi stepped down from his role at MX Player in March, which was almost a two-year stint. At MX Player, Gandhi made a mark with his team leadership, brand management, and strategies for generating revenue through digital content.

Prior to that, Gandhi was TikTok’s head of the Middle East, Africa, Turkey & South Asia. He joined TikTok as the India head in October 2019.

In his previous stints, he has also taken up roles at the Times Network, The Walt Disney Company, and UTV.
