Times’ Pradeep Guha takes over as INS president

MUMBAI: Times of India Group president Pradeep Guha was today unanimously elected president of the Indian Newspaper Society (INS) for 2004-05.

Guha, who was the INS deputy president, takes over from MP Veerendrakumar (CMD Mathrubhumi). Jacob Mathew of Malayala Manorama is the new deputy president while Gulab Kothari (Rajasthan Patrika) has become the INS vice-president. Mahendra Mohan Gupta (Dainik Jagran) is the treasurer of the society.
