MUMBAI: Big Cinemas national sales head Leji Koshy has left the organisation. He will be joining Sadhna News as its national sales head from 25 June.
Confirming the news, Koshy said that he had left Big Cinemas some time ago. “In a sense I was not happy because I had nothing much on my shoulders,” he added.
Koshy is joining Sadhna News at a time when it is planning to expand in the regional news genre particularly in the Hindi belt.
Said Sadhna Media Executive Director Prabhat Dabral, “Yes, Koshy will be joining us soon. He will be operating as the national sales head of all news channels of Sadhna media that include the ones in Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Bihar and Jharkand.”
Sadhna News will soon be telecast in UP and Uttarakhand.
Koshy had earlier worked for The Times of India, India Today, Sahara TV and Sab.
“It’s great getting back to television,” Koshy exclaims.
